Western Power Distribution (WPD) publishes statutory and regulatory results for its electricity distribution operating businesses.

Until 31 March 2011, WPD comprised the South West and South Wales operating companies which are within the PPL WW Holdings Limited group structure.

On 1 April 2011, WPD acquired Central Networks in the Midlands, formerly owned by E.ON.  The East and West Midlands operating companies are reported under the PPL WEM Holdings plc group structure.

The reports for individual entities are prepared under UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (UK GAAP).
