Our electricity distribution activity is undertaken through two operating companies, Western Power Distribution (South West) plc (‘WPD South West’) and Western Power Distribution (South Wales) plc (‘WPD South Wales’).

These are prepared under UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (UK GAAP).
Western Power Distribution Holdings Limited publish group results. To view the results for the year to 31 March 2009, click here. These are prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and are for the group whose principal activity is the distribution of electricity. The results for the year to 31 March 2010 are not yet finalised.
