Our role is to provide a safe, reliable and consistent power supply to the 2.5m customers living in the South West of England and in South and West Wales.

Our network covers some of the most diverse and beautiful terrain in the UK - from the highly populated urban areas of Bristol and Cardiff to coastlines across Cornwall and the Gower Peninsula and remote rural areas like Dartmoor and the Brecon Beacons.
