Important information

On Monday 13th November, we had a serious incident at one of our substations located within the Civic Centre, Town Hall Square Llanelli, which affected supplies to some of our customers.

Engineers have been working hard over the last few days to rebuild the substation and restore main supplies between 13:00 and 16:00 hrs today (Thursday 16th November).

Customers who were affected by this incident have currently been supplied via generators and other means and are located in the SA15 3AP postcode area.

As we reconnect these customers today there will be a short interruption of approximately 30 minutes to restore our network to ‘normal’. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
