Keen to be green

Keen to be green is an important aspect of our community support with the aim of focusing on projects that have an environmental link.

We continue to partner with the various Wildlife Trusts in our network area, providing school children with hands-on nature experiences, and helping them understand how we have to protect some of our vulnerable wildlife like bats and hedgehogs.

We are also continuing to plant native trees in public open spaces with conservation groups like The Conservation Volunteers and Groundwork Wales.

From time to time we will also be promoting additional environmental campaigns – so please check this page to see if your community/group qualifies for support.
