Here you can find out how we resolve and overcome complaints to the electricity regulator, Ofgem (the Office of the Gas and Electricity Markets), by delivering services to our customers correctly first time, every time.

Our excellent performance in this area has been recognised through the Government's Charter Mark scheme.  We first won this award in 1992 and have maintained this excellent standard year on year.  We are proud to be the only UK energy company to ever achieve this.

We were recently assessed by government and awarded the new Customer Service Excellence Award which has now replaced Charter Mark.  It is a much tougher standard to meet with over 100 elements of service delivery examined in detail. Once again we are proud of our achievements in excellence.
