Connection Customer Steering Group (CCSG) workplan

The WPD 2014 workplan has been created using input from our CCSG panel and wider stakeholders. The issues in the plan were identified and informed by the CCSG and from our other stakeholder engagement activities. Based on discussions with stakeholders we proposed a range of initiatives to improve service and performance and developed these into a workplan. The workplan will be updated throughout the year with progress and additional initiatives where required.
