  1.  Disconnecting joint on existing HV mains – Non-contestable, to be carried out by NGED
  2.  Dismantling/removing existing overhead line – non-contestable, to be carried out by NGED
  3.  Dismantling/removing existing pole mounted transformer – Non-contestable, to be carried out by NGED
  4.  Disconnecting joint on the existing low voltage main to disconnect supply to existing building – Contestable, can be carried out by an ICP
  5.  Removal of supply at the existing building following disconnection – Contestable, can be carried out by an ICP
  6.  Design of upstream reinforcement required on the high voltage network – Non-contestable, to be carried out by NGED
  7.  Physical completion of upstream reinforcement works on the high voltage network – Non-contestable, to be carried out by NGED– except in instances where the reinforcement is sole funded
