Referral partners

Do you know someone who may be affected by a power cut? If so, we need your help.

We work with a range of organisations, called referral partners, who help us to identify vulnerable people who may need extra support in the event of a power cut.

Our referral partners include local organisations, charities and councils. They help connect us with people who may benefit from being on our Priority Services Register.

This guide on how to stay safe during a powercut explains what our Priority Services Register is and how you can become a referral partner.

We’d love to hear from you if you or your organisation can help us reach those people who may need some extra help during a power cut.
