Ten- year-old Josh Davies’s artwork of ‘What Christmas Means to Me’ was launched as the Society’s official Christmas card this week at the Winter Fair.

Josh, a pupil at Mount Street Junior School was presented with a framed certificate of his winning artwork at the official opening of the Winter Fair at the International Pavilion on the Showground in Builth Wells.

We proudly sponsored Josh’s winning design which was judged overall winner in this year’s Children’s Art and Design competition. He received a cash prize of £30 plus £100 for his school.

The competition itself attracted hundreds of young artists from schools
across Wales. Pupils were invited to use their skill and imagination to design a painting or drawing illustrating ‘What Christmas Means to Me’.
