Supported by Western Power Distribution, the event hosted a talk by Nick Ford of the Memory Café with a demonstration by Hearing Dog puppies with their handlers.

Wendy Johnson who organisedPaws for Coffeesaid: “This was a well-attended fundraiser and highlighted the important role hearing dogs play in the day to day lives of deaf people. They provide independence and companionship as well as alerting their owners to important sounds around the homeand danger signals outdoors.”

Beneficiaries were Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, the Memory Café and Callington and District Foodbank.
