Report a Power Cut

Do you need to report damage to our network or a dangerous situation?

For example, this could be damage or exposed wires, wires hanging low or arcing from our equipment. If you see anything you believe to be dangerous, please call us immediately.

Check to see what the display says, is there sufficient credit on the meter? If the meter is in debt you may need to top it up with more funds to restore your supply. If there is an error message on the meter, this could indicate a problem with the meter that you would need to speak to your electricity supplier about.

We need to ensure that our engineers are aware if there is anyone at the property who relies on electricity for home medical equipment and what equipment this is. Please also tell us here if you are elderly, very ill or have a disability.
