Report a power cut
Do you need to report damage to our network or a dangerous situation?
We will now need to take you through some questions to get your power cut reported.
Do you have a prepayment meter? (A prepayment meter is one where you go to a shop to purchase energy credit up front)
Please stay away from the damage and keep the area clear.
Please call us immediately to report the damage on 0800 6783 105 and select Option 1.
Is there a display on your meter?
Have you checked your trip switches?
Try turning the main trip switch off and on again
Is your power back on?
Please check your trip switches by turning the main one off and on again.
We are happy to hear that your power has been restored. Please contact us if you have any other issues.
