We deliver electricity to over 7.8 million customers over a 55,300 square kilometre service area covering the Midlands, South Wales and the South West.
We aim to inform you as far in advance as possible if we need to perform maintenance on our network in your area – but unfortunately some power cuts are unplanned. If you are experiencing a power cut please contact us to report it. You should also get in touch if you need further help and advice or if there is something else you think we need to know about.
