If you use this National Grid website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Website and you agree to stop doing so immediately.

All are registered to Avonbank, Feeder Road, Bristol BS2 0TB.

    2.1. The information provided by us on the Website is not in any way an invitation or recommendation to buy any products or services featured and you should seek appropriate independent advice.

    4.2. We own the trademark NATIONAL GRID ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION. Other product and company names mentioned on this Website may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are not entitled to use the logos and brand names owned by us without our express prior written permission.

  11. General
    11.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.

    11.2. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms and conditions on the Website. Any modifications shall take effect 3 days after posting on the Website.

  12. Governing law
    12.1. If you are a business, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.

    12.2. If you are a consumer, these terms and conditions, their subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. However, if you are a consumer and resident of any other European Union country you will benefit from mandatory provisions of, and legal rights available to you under, the laws of that country. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on these local law mandatory provisions and legal rights. You and we both agree that any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are a consumer and resident of any other European Union country you and we may also bring proceedings in that country.
