Sometimes power cuts can happen for reasons beyond our control. We know this can be particularly worrying if you rely on electricity for medical equipment, or if you are elderly, very ill or disabled. This is where our Priority Services Register can help.

The Priority Service Register

The Priority Services Register is free to join. It helps us to support customers who have extra communication, access, or safety needs.

Addressing Fuel Poverty

We've extended our range of services to recognise and address the broad and multidimensional nature of vulnerability. This includes taking steps to address fuel poverty.

Social Indicator Mapping

We use data to identify areas with the highest concentrations of vulnerable customers. This allows us to target our outreach projects and provide better outcomes for customers.

The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) has worked with us to produce helpful information for our blind and partially sighted customers who may face unique daily challenges due to the coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
