Addressing Fuel Poverty

We've extended our range of services to recognise and address the broad and multidimensional nature of vulnerability. This includes taking steps to address fuel poverty.

Social Indicator Mapping

We use data to identify areas with the highest concentrations of vulnerable customers. This allows us to target our outreach projects and provide better outcomes for customers.

The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) has worked with us to produce helpful information for our blind and partially sighted customers who may face unique daily challenges due to the coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
