We win award for Best Customer Centric Strategy

Our unparalleled customer engagement and support for vulnerable customers has been recognised at the 2023 international Engage Awards, which were announced in London on Tuesday night.

The awards, now in their eighth year, celebrate companies that have demonstrated innovation and excellence across the entire spectrum of customer and employee engagement.

Almost 400 guests and awards finalists joined the ceremony where comedian Hugh Dennis announced the winners.

Following a rigorous judging process, we fought off competition from other well-known companies including Bupa UK Insurance, CarrefourSA, Ethos Farm in partnership with Westfield (URW), Olsen Cruise Lines, Newcastle Building Society, Phoenix Group, Royal Commission in Yanbu and Tricentis to win Best Customer Centric Strategy.

Paul Branston, Director of Regulation, who received the award on our behalf, said we were delighted to be recognised as a leading organisation for our engagement with our customers and for the breadth of support given to vulnerable customers.

“There’s always more to do and our commitments to vulnerable customers continue to grow, however we are proud of the breadth and reach of the support we have offered customers at a time when support was so very much needed," added Paul.
